I just wanted to know that will a False Percula Clownfish mate with a Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish?

They are the same species so yes they will potentially mate.
They may not mate, there are no guarantees.
Even if they were the same color they would not be guaranteed to pair up, clownfish are hermaphroditic, the larger of the pair usually changing sex to female.
Amphiprion ocellaris is the genus & species name for a false percula.
These two fish are simply different colors of the same species of fish, it would be like a black labrador and a yellow labrador mating, crude comparison but accurate for these purposes.
