what to watch out for

As some of you know i am completely new to this hobby,
so i got my setup from a friend and he gave me some live rock with it
now i want to buy some fiji live rock but idk what to look for
i went to a local place and there was a bunch of hitchhikers on them
like bristle worms and some type of anemony
but i just don’t know whats good or bad
i plan on going in an hour so i hope you guys can give me some quick tips
