Help with low salt levels

I would like to know the best way to raise my salt level for my reef. I just aquired a 90 gallon reef two weeks ago. I do a weekly 10 gallon change and I make sure my fresh salt water is at 1.021. When added to the tank, my reading in between 1.019 and 1.020. It seems a little low. What’s the best...
