Startng 75 Gallon

Background: I currently own a 14 Gallon biocube saltwater tank that has been up and running for a year.

Ok so the wife and I had a little extra money for christmas and she hadn’t purchased a present for me yet so we went down the LFS and they had a 75 gallon tank and stand for $300 so I got my christmas present (tank) and my birthday present (stand) all in one. But now for the fun part. I need some advise on what I need to get this tank up and going. From what I know of tanks I need:

[Refugium] I plan to do a DIY setup for this and have a good idea of water flow and physics involved with setting it up but just not sure what size I need for this size of a tank. I have a spare 10 gallon I could use and pretty sure I could optimize the setup just want to know if anyone else has used one this small for a 75 gallon?

[Protien Skimmer] This is one where I’m not sure if I would be better off purchasing on or if it would be worth while for a DYI setup?

[Lighting] I plan on having SPS in the tank so I need to make sure that it can give me the lighting that I need. But I’m not sure what kind I need and who makes an inexpesive setup.

[Water Flow] How many, and how many gallons do I need to be putting out on these heads?

[Heater] Who makes the best one? Do I use one? two? what options do I have for heating the tank?

I will put up pictures as I come up with ideas for my sump design and as i get parts using the invaluable advise from everyone on this site :)
