reviving live rock

i had a 75 gal tank with fish and live rock. i quit the tank and let the whole tank just evaporate. now i would like to start the tank again. is it possible to revive the live rock and the sand thats in the tank? i kind of wonder how much salt is on the rocks from the evaporation. any ideas would be nice. thanks
