Red Bug question

Thoughts?

I have about 6 small (only an inch to 2 inches) frags of sps, i have a 3 milis (green, maroon, and rose) a green slimmer, a green birdsnest, and a red monti cap. For about a month everything seemed fine, they were growing well, had good polyp extension and color, but then slowly the polyps stopped coming out and their growth stopped, and the color started to fade. So after about 3 weeks of the corals looking pretty bad, i removed the slimmer and was going to give it to my buddy to see if it was something in my tank. Once we removed the frag upon closer inspection we noticed it was covered in little tiny pod like bugs. So after some research we noticed it was red bugs. Great.

So my question is, since I only have a few small frags, do I have to treat my entire tank with interceptor or can i just remove the frags from my tank for a while treat them, and then replace them once treated? Will the red bugs left in my tank be able to survive without any arcos to munch on? All the frags are still on plugs so they are easily removable. Id figured id ask before i nuke my whole tank.
