Powerhead Problem
This might not be the right place to post this and I’m sorry if it isnt. I have recently started a 30 gallon saltwater tank. I have an undergravel filter that is powered by two Maxi-Jet 400 power heads. One of the powerheads looks to be in good condition, blowing bubbles out and not making any sound. The other is making a crunch-like noise and is not despensing bubles. I also noticed that at the top of the working powerhead tube, there is air while in non working one seems to be completely filled with water. I took the powerhead back to the place where I bought it and they looked at it and replaced the fan inside of it. This made the noise quiter (it was very loud, so loud it sounded like a siren going off). but still no bubbles are coming out. Any ideas on what is wrong or if I need to return it to the store and ask for a replacement.
