Guys, I promise I have been trying to respect your time by doing my own research before posting questions, but I’ve got more. I plan on putting my sump together soon, and I plan on using a CPR CS50 overflow box which siphons 300gph. I estimate that there will be 4ft. between my return pump and my return. I have determined that with this distance the best return pump for me would be a Mag Drive 5. My first question is —> Are these things adjustable, at least for fine tuning my show tank’s loss and gain of H2O?
And my second question is—–> If the power goes out and my overflow box continues to siphon, but my return pump isn’t pumping, how do I keep from flooding my home?
