Please help me identify these stuff/things/objects ;)

in my live rocks these flower looking stuff started to show up, are these bad stuff – if so how to i get rid of them?

I’ve also noticed these green stuff on my glass. Again, what are they? are they bad stuff to have if so how do i get rid of them
