Old Power compact User needs Advice on T5 Technology

I have the old Current 48" Orbit Extreme which runs
2 Power compact florsecent 130 watt dual Actinis 420nm /460 lamps
2 Power compact florsecent 130 watt dual day light 6,700K /10,000K lamps

Does anyone know how much light this fixture puts out?
What does it compare to with respect to T5

I have a 90 Gallon tank (48L X 18W x24H) presently FOLR but I want to get into corals most likely mixed.

One of the Ballast went and I am planning on fixing it.
Should I consider replacing the whole fixture even if i can fix it?

What type of T5 fixture would you recomended?

How manny T5 lamps do I need?

I have looked at the ATI sunpower (6 X54) very nice.
I am also looking at the Aquactinics’s Constellation (7 x 54) and the Aquactinics Solar Flare withe the Ice cap 660 Balast. ( 6 X 54)

Finally, the TEK Elite (8 X 54)

I have saved my pennies and only want to buy one light fixture and want the most flexiability.
