New to saltwater need help

Anyways tank was not cared for very well. It was very very dirty everything covered in algae but i mean alot of it its everywhere. I cleaned up alot of it from back the jets and few oher places. i didnt do anything to rocks i bought 2 30 gallon totes and filled em up with the water in the tank and placed all the rock in them. I bought 3 30 gallon trash cans and also filled em up with the tanks water placing the fish in one. the filter i left with water in it and placed wet newspaper on the bioballs to keep em wet. I set tank up and brung the salt level close to what the tank had before wich was too high was between 36 and 38 ppt. I set it just over 32 and returned everything back to tank. So far all fish are alive 3rd day now seeing some life on the rocks he didnt have coral cuz everythign he bought died they are now rocks. bUt seems like stuff wants to grow on these rocks i see few diferent things dont know what they are.
Please help me get this tank in shape. How do i get these rocks cleaned up with out hurting anything. I am slowly bringing down the salt level with each clean i remove lil bit of water and just put fresh back in only doing gallon at a time. iLL Post some pics please id some of the fish
i know i have some type of clown in there wich havent been able to take a pic off and i know i have a yellow tang dont know the other 3 one keeps hididng also but dont know what it is
Also since this awesome set up was for free i guess i can spend couple bucks making it even better all tips and advice will be greatly apreciated.
