Need a few suggestions for Ich

It never fails, why is it when everything seems to be doing so well, something else comes along to just screw it up again? Came home this evening and did my customary 1/2 hour eyeball of the entire tank and a nightly feeding and see my powder brown tang and my three yellow tangs with white spots, and scratching on the rock and sand

I saw a hint of it yesterday but thought it was from the sand cloud that one of my diamond gobies decided he was going to whip up last night, well its definitely Ich which I can’t figure out why an outbreak would happen, all the fish have been in the DT for 6-months and were in QT for four weeks prior to that but now that’s all irrelevant. the question now becomes How to treat them if you can’t catch em?

I can set up the QT in a snap and try to catch all the fish but short of tearing down 200lbs of rock that is either drilled and held together with nylon threaded rod or is epoxied together I think is going to be the only way to do that. How successful in everyone’s opinions can the Ich be dealt with while the fish remain in the DT by going hypo, how low can the salinity be dropped before the corals are effected. or should I just try to keep them well fed and hope they can fight it off on their own
