JBJ Picotope Question-Filter, Light, Powerhead
Hi,
I’m not new to reef keeping…but I’m not very good at it either. I had a 12 gallon JBJ in San Diego, but I left it behind when I left. It’s been 3 years and I’m trying to get back into the swing with a 3 gallon JBJ Picotope.
My question is what in your opinion is the best filtration, lighting, and powerhead to use for keeping zoos, mushrooms, and crabs.
I’m using a Azoo nano skimmer HOB filter, and (2) 9W PC 50/50 lamps. I was using a desktop water fountain pump for the powerhead, but it looks like crap so I took it out.
What I am thinking is a Eco-Tech MP10, Current USA 12" 36W Dual PC, and possibly a modded AC70 HOB filter.
What do you guys think? Any and all opinions welcome.
