Interceptor Red bug help

Hey gang, so I added an acro which I didnt quarantine prior to adding it to my tank (I know, dumb). So prior to that my acros didnt have any red bugs, now, they do. Conveniently that acro died but it left my current acros w/ a little red friend. They’re too big to remove from the tank so I’m going to have to treat the entire tank. So my questions are:

Do I need to go to the vet to purchase Interceptor or can I get it at a local pet store?

Does anyone have a thorough protocol for treating an entire tank w/ Intercepter? I’ve looked around and have only found protocols for quarantined acros and broken links to full tanks.
