I bet nobody can guess what this is

I just got back from SCUBA diving in Deerfield Beach (Atlantic) Florida. I caught this crab/thing which is only about an half inch long. He has 10 legs, including two pinchers, which are located on the elongated side of his "shell". Can someone please tell me what this is so i know whether or not to move it out of my sump? I cant seem to be able to post the pictures even though they are in my album. Just please check out the 3 pictures and get back to me.
