Help! Starfish Has large white spot!

Ok so this morning I saw that my red spiney starfish has a giant white spot near his mouth and it goes to the side of one of his legs? I just had my water tested and everything was great, everything else in the tank looks great – corals are out, fish are swimming around….He is still alive but is slow and has this giant white area? Ideas? This is one of my favorites and I really don’t want to loose it!
