Green and Red Algae or Seaweed

Hello, I have this redish brown tree like stuff growing from the rock my green star polyp is growing on. What the heck is it. Good or bad?

I also have this green ivy looking stuff growing on the rock with the cauliflower coral. It has little polyp looking leaves that grow off stems coming from a runner.
