Fish enhance your display

I got involved in keeping a marine tank after shopping for fresh water fish and seeing blue damsels and how their color just popped compared to FW fish. Once I got a tank up and running I became more interested in corals than fish. My 90 gallon mixed reef crashed almost two years ago and I lost many of my fish. I had a small school of chromis of which only one survived. It has been living all by itself in my softy tank, a 20 gallon long ever since. Chromis are community fish and I think it was rather lonely for this guy being alone for so long. I went to a LFS this week and picked up two more chromis and a begaii cardinal to keep him company. The chromis couldn’t be happier. Now when I look at this tank from across the room I see a lot of activity going on in this tank. The chromis dart around together and sometimes hang with the bangaii. The tank is more interesting to sit by now.
