First Water Change

Hi,

I have setup a 200g FOWLR and is completing the cycling process. Everywhere I read, the suggestion is to change more than 50% water after completion on Nitrogen cycle. However, I do not find any particular reason anywhere.

I have all the parameters at zero, i.e Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate.

Is there any particular reason why so much water change is needed?
