Few coral questions with pics
First, my toadstool. I have heard that it when it is pissed off it will stay closed for a few days. Then it will develop a whitish film on top that gets blown around. A few days later it will start to open up again. Is this true? This is what it looks like, whitish film has almost completely come off now.
Next, Does anyone know what type of Xenia this is?
Next, Does anyone know what this coral is? It looks like one of the rocks that I have used to have this all over it but then it died and it is now just part of the rock.
I have read that when Xenia are happy and growing that this is what they do. Described as what appears to be the Xenia dripping itself onto the rock and then new Xenia coming up out of that. Is that what my Xenia is doing in this picture? They used to be standing straight up. Now they are leaning to the side like you see and appear to be doing the drip thing.
