disappearing cerith snails
I had 10 nerith snails and now i am down to 3. I just saw one of my peppermint shrimp taking one back to his lair I dont know if the snail was dead or not but thats the only thing I can figure is eating my snails. The only other thing in my tank is 3 damsels, 2 clowns, and a about 6 small hermit crabs. I keep finding empty snail shells. If it is the shrimp eating my snails what snails do I get that they wont eat? My tank has only been up a month so i need cleaners still.
