CPR DX6 Protein Skimmer

CPR Aquatics has redesigned the SR4 Protein Skimmer into the new DX6. The DX6 makes it easy to supplement your new or existing system with a highly efficient protein skimmer. This protein skimmer can be used in conjunction with a sump or stand alone* (*overflow box and return pump required). This new design gives marine aquarists sump space for heaters, return, etc. as well as maintains a constant water level. The DX6 utilizes a Rio 1700RVT powerhead to efficiently skim tanks up to 120 gallons. Black acrylic lid also included. Return pump and overflow box not included.Experts are learning that protein skimming is critical for marine aquaria, particularly sensitive reef aquaria.
