Clowns bully new fish

I have a 2-month-old 20 gallon long tank. Ph: 8.4, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0, a bit of hair algae. Specific gravity 1.025. Temp. 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The tank contains two percula clownfish, an algae blenny, a cleaner shrimp, two green coral crabs, two turbo snails, six astrea snails, a couple of nassarius (sp?) snails, some reef hermits, and a sarcophyton. Water changes are usually 10% every two weeks, and I have an aquaclear 30 filter and a Rio TAAM protein skimmer. All of the livestock above are happy and healthy.

However, I have tried a couple of times to add one more fish, and in so doing I have killed off a banggai cardinalfish (captive bred) and a royal gramma. I cannot tell for sure, but it appears as though, with the exception of the blenny, the clowns are bullying any smaller fish.

1) Should I conclude that it is simply a mistake to try to add any more fish?

2) Conclude that only a larger and/or more aggressive fish should be added to the tank?

3) If the latter, does anybody have any suggestions for one more fish that will add a little additional bit of color to the tank?

Thank you!
