Bullying

I have three female McCoskers Wrasse and one is getting bullied by another. she is sitting at the top corner of the tank and will not move and her fins are all bit up. What should I do to stop the bullying?

I have moved the wrasse that was bullying the other to a small segregation cube inside the tank. the wrasse is stressed out and laying on the bottom of the segregation cube. Is this the right thing to do??

I have a 30 gallon hexagon tank
