Aiptasia, Fanworms, or something else?

Hi all, I’m completely new to aquariums, and have some stuff growing on my live rock… I fear they may be the dreaded aiptasia, but they don’t really look exactly like the pictures I’ve seen… but I can only find pictures of adults, not tiny growing ones. I also have some different looking things growing in a different spot in my tank that I suspect may be featherdusters. Can anybody help me in a positive ID for either?
