108 watt t5 55 gallon

Is a 108 watts of t5 ho lighting enough wattage for soft coral in a 55 gallon tank.I have 160 watts right now but they are normal output bulbs would this be a good upgrade.Could i have lps corals too but not sps.There selling T5 fixture with 2 bulbs for 45 dollars at aquatraders.com 108 watt t5 55...
